I have the exact same issue. Started with the last Samsung update. I have since purchased a new phone s24 and it also cannot find my TCL Roku TV nor Roku streaming device on my other TV. Worked just fine before last update. My TVs are on the same internet connection as my phone. Beyond frustrating. Makes me want to get rid of Roku.
For some reason the Roku TC hide from the smatview, inly the smartview in my case.
Now I had a second issue and is that suddenly, one Roku channel starts to sound by it own.
Customer Service is extremely bad, they only rely the customers to this forum where there a lot of people with good intentions but without providing any solutions.
Nobody solve nothing. I regreat again and again to lost my money buying Roku.
Omg my tv is doing the same except I have Samsung S23. Roku doesn't allow us to screen mirror certain apps from our phones for example Kayo, yet pops up if we screen mirror YouTube and Netflix. So annoying.
Someone helpppppp pls. Or I'll be requesting a refund, we've had tv for 2 days zzzzzz
