I have a Roku TV, model c251x, and I’m unable to install any apps on it. Everything was working fine until last week when it suddenly stopped functioning properly, so I decided to perform a factory reset. Unfortunately, even after the reset, I still can’t download any apps. This is particularly frustrating because I pay monthly subscriptions for most of these apps, and now I can’t access them. I can confirm that it is not an internet issue, as all other devices in my home are working perfectly.
