Can't get past the channel update screen when activating my account

When trying to activate my TV I can't get past the channel updated screen.

Just keeps saying "Tuning the hyper drive."

I've tried.  

1. Factory reset and power cycle

2. install from USB

3. Wired connection 

4. Removing the TV from my account 

5. I have a internet connection.

I might have to get the hammer out but I don't think that will work.

My TV has been working for 2 years than all of a sudden it made me reactivate my TV.  Now it don't work.

Not sure what to try next
