Same problem, did factory reset twice and next time we try to use it we get the blue screen. TCL customer service is worthless. They walked me through everything I already did and when it didn't work, said sorry bud, the warranty is expired. Newest TV in the house and it's junk.
same issue here. just bought another TCL 55 model for $299 with three yr warranty.
will keep trying to revive the old one using the power unplug and plug method because it has worked in the past three months since the issue came up.

We would first recommend unplugging your TV for 10-15 minutes then plugging it back in to see if that resolves the issue you are experiencing.
If you are still seeing the issue, have you tried contacting your TV manufacturer support yet to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support for their products running the Roku OS.
