Blank screen on my tv i cant see anthing i hear it bu dont see it an i can shine a flashligt onscre

  • My tv like don't got it head lights on i cant see anything but I can hear it I can point my flash light at it an I can just see a bit whats ring with my tv

Roku tv Blue screen nothing is working

I can’t get anything on the screen , nothing comes up. The sound works but there’s no picture,it’s a Roku tv and it’s only 4months old

Thanks for letting us know regarding the issue you are experiencing with your Roku TV with a black screen. 

We would then advise that you contact your TV manufacturer directly to report this issue and request additional support. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.
