I have a 65” 4K Mini-LED QLED (Model 65R635). Came home today, turned on tv, and no power.
The outlet has power, but tv is dead. No lights, no sound, changed batteries in remote. No response from power button on back of tv. Roku app on phone can’t wake the device. Nothing. Bought it 2 years ago (Jan 2021) and TCL support says nothing they can do.
Has anyone experienced this or have a fix they found?

This may be related to a hardware issue. For more help and assistance with this type of issue, you'll need to make a follow-up with TCL Support to see if they can provide additional help or give you warranty options.

I already called. Was told that TCL has a 1 year manufacturer warranty and that I was out of luck. Any other suggestions?
