My TCL Roku TV wont work, i have tried everything from reseting, to factory reset even though apparently i can't do it even though i am putting the pin that previously put, unless there is another one, to clicking the reset button on the back and still nothing. My cords are all organised and straight, and my game console hdmi cord is still in mint condition with no tear or withering at all. i was plauing peacefully and poof, it went all black, at first i thought it turned off, but i still heard sound.

You have mentioned the game console cord connected to the TV. Would you mind removing all external devices attached to the TV and performing a force restart by unplugging the TV from the power supply for approximately 60 seconds and plugging it back in?
In addition, executing a factory reset on the device ought to resolve minor problems like the black screen. We may need to contact your TV's manufacturer for additional assistance because the problem is persistent and could be internal. You can get in touch with them right away here.

still nothing, the screen is still black and i am already out of ideas on how to get it working again, i have tried your method as well

It seems like you're still experiencing the same issue after attempting the troubleshooting steps that have been provided above. This may be related to a hardware issue. Have you tried contacting TCL support yet to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support for their Roku OS products.

do you, by any means have the contact info for the tcl tv, that way i can contact them and have a replacement sent to my location.
