All Channels Disappeared

I was watching Netflix on my Roku tv today, took a nap and when I woke up all channels were gone. 

Tried doing a system upgrade and it said system is up to date. 

Tried restarting and adding the channels but it did nothing.

Have you tried performing a factory reset on your Roku device to see if that resolves the issue you are experiencing?
