I can't find accustats on the channel list. I went to Home, Streaming Channel and then did the search. It doesn't appear. I don't need the - right? I started typing accu and then nothing showed up in the search. The accurate channel is accu-stats but I think if it works right I type accu and the channel will show up at the right for me to select it. I posted on Facebook about this and friend said, just do the above and there it is. Not for me. Not sure why. Brian
Generally if a channel/app doesn't show up when you search for it from your Roku device it's because it isn't available in your region or your model of Roku doesn't support it. So... where are you located and what's the model number displayed under Settings->System->About?
Just to update, in case it is helpful, I tried another tv and no go.
My Roku device is old, so maybe I need a newer one? I am located in Eugene, OR. I thought that the Roku updates were supposed to make it work. I can use the Roku to watch other shows, just not add this channel.
Roku Player 3500X. I hope that helps. So you think Roku just wants more money and I need a newer stick? The software update is just a gimmick. Laugh. Hey, I am ok with that actually. If it is nothing I am doing wrong and just corporate greed.
Yeah, sorry, but you need a newer device. Support for the 3500 was ended years ago. It won't be getting anymore updates and probably can't support Accustats (along with most newer channels/apps). Check for a deal on a new player under "My offers" on the menu or at:

You can probably get a few bucks for the remote on ebay since Roku no longer makes a remote compatible with the 3500.
