Add Roku TV Channel to TCL Google TV

I have a TCL Google TV and cannot add the Roku Channel to it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Can you add it online?

Keep in mind that "The Roku Channel" app is not a substitute for an actual Roku device.
