Similar posts have been shown but not recent. I have 2 TCL Roku TVs. Have been using A&E app for a while. Now when I try and open A&E app it shows the A&E logo and then closes. Happens on both TVs. Tried uninstall and reinstall but still fails.
Unfortunately the only way I’ve had any luck with these type of issues is to do a factory reset on all Roku with the issue. That means reinstalling all your apps again which takes some time and effort.
Could you tell us specifically about the issue you're experiencing? Does it happen on a specific channel or across other channels installed on your Roku device? Please provide us as well the other troubleshooting you've tried so we know what steps we should take next.
It only happens on the A&e app on both my Roku ultra s. The end of the shows gets cut off before they end and the apps refers itself back to the Roku home page instead of going to the next episode as it did previously.I’ve updated Roku firmware, restarted Roku , updated App and uninstalled and reinstalled app. On one Roku I did a factory reset to which didn’t fix the issue.
If this is the only channel that you are experiencing an issue with, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
