We'd be more than happy to help you regarding your TV having no picture but still having audio.
May we know how you are powering your TV? What Roku streaming device/TV are you referring to? In addition, have you tried to change the input of your HDMI port to see if that fixes your occurring issue? With more information from you, we will be able to assess this further and find you the best resolution possible.
