This is our 3rd Roku TV. We have been happy with our previous Roku TVs so we didn't hesitate to buy another from Walmart. This time however when we got the TV home and unpacked it has a crack right at the bottom of the screen. We returned the TV to Walmart and they will not exchange the TV. Since the TV was required to display a picture compilation at a family gathering, I purchased yet another TV at Walmart so we wouldn't be without this display feature. Why am I left without any customer support on this TV? Its a measly $298 but why am I the one who is out of pocket? Will Roku come good for this? I don't even know how to contact anyone there by phone. I have the Walmart receipt.
Please let me know what I need to do.
Thank you Derek Smith

We appreciate you informing us about the cracked screen on your 65" Roku TV. We recognize this can be an inconvenience and are pleased to assist.
Do you own a Roku-branded TV or a Roku TV? When did you purchase your TV?
A Roku Branded TV is manufactured by Roku (Roku TV Select and Roku TV Plus), while a Roku TV is manufactured by a Roku Partner (TCL, Sharp, etc.).
If you are experiencing an issue with a Roku-branded TV (Roku TV Select or Roku TV Plus), feel free to contact Roku Support.
If you're encountering an issue with your Roku TV manufactured by a Roku partner, start by contacting the manufacturer. Each TV manufacturer provides direct support for its models.
