Hey,
I’m looking for some troubleshooting help with my Roku Tv, model WR65UC4210. I’m having a no signal issue with my PS5 connecting to the Roku Tv through a pass through connection.
The PlayStation 5 is connected to the TV through an HDMI 2.0 audio extractor for the Astro a50 headset. The HDMI 2.0 audio extractor then has a pass through HDMI output to the Roku tv and an Toslink optical output to the Astro a50 headset. All cables are HDMI 2.0. This configuration works on first set up, but as soon as it’s powered off, it seems like this creates the problem. In order to fix this I need to reset all the devices and unplug all the cables and delete the input and it works once for that initial set up and then the problem resurfaces once it’s powered off.
- Input setting is set to standard (HDMI 2.0).
- CEC 1-touch play seems to recognize a signal is being passed but after automatically changing to the input it’s presented with a no signal screen.
Any feedback would be appreciated. I’ve been trying to troubleshoot this myself for a month now with little resolution.

Was this problem resolved ? I am using an av amplifier as well and am having the same problem. It fixes it self when everything is unplugged and hard reset. All cables unplugged. Works once, and once tv is powered off, the same problem resurfaces. No signal screen however it does acknowledge that the PlayStation has powered on and switches to the input with no signal screen presented.

hey,
on first set up the configuration works for the time the tv is on. Once the tv turns off then the problem occurs. The fix at the moment is to unplug the hdmi, and even then the tv and the ps5 had to be restarted at least 3 times for it to work again.
