I have a Onn 65 Roku TV seems to have stopped receiving signal from the remote. I have some Hisense Roku TV have functioning simple remotes and I can use the simple remote from the Onn to power them on and off and control ports but no the TV does not seem to respond to any remote. Tried restarting and for a very short time some functionality happens like home and cursor movement.

Have you attempted to replace the batteries in your remote control? If not, we recommend trying this, as it may solve the issue. However, if the problem continues, please get in touch with Onn customer support. They are responsible for managing all of their hardware, including your TV remote, and they will have the necessary resources to provide you with assistance.
