Log into your Roku user account (https://my.roku.com) and see what (if any) subscriptions are listed. If there's nothing listed there, then you are not being billed by Roku. Thieves will submit a charge to your credit card account and they can enter any name they want to appear on the statement. Thieves are using the name Roku because they think they can get away with it because so many people have a Roku device.
The only way to reach Roku customer service is via their support web site (not this forum).
