Thanks for posting here in the Roku Community.

We see that you're not able to see the list and categories of games in The Roku Channel Store. You can manually add those games to your Roku TV that you'd like through the channel store website here at this link: Games Channels | TV Apps

That's your problem.  Roku doesn't support Jamaica and many features aren't available in regions Roku doesn't officially support.
