My TV picture  is stuck on this Roku Screen that has no functionality. In looking at your site's chat it appears to be a Roku system wide issue. What is being done to fix this? And what is the expected timeline?

First thing I'd try would be to unplug the Roku's power cord for a couple of minutes, then plug it back in.

The picture appears to be a common screen saver, so I don’t know what to say about that.

I also suspect you have an individual issue, such as: device locked up, remote needs batteries, or re-pairing…  (Just based on: My Roku seems normal and I don’t see a huge thread about this.)

There apparently was a Roku server problem last evening that affected lots of people.  I was streaming from MLB and TCM servers last evening, so apparently I was not affected and was unaware of it until reading all the complaints this morning.
