weather channel streaming app not working

the app opens up but the " clock " just spins  i'm on a free trial so guess i could cancel uninstall then reinstall and do the trial again LOL

thanks for any replies that might be helpful!

I suspect you don't need to cancel, but if you do, be sure you do it before the free trial runs out to avoid being charged. Also, for many free trials you are only eligible once, so if you cancel you may not be able to re-instate.

If you remove/reinstall, be sure to restart** your Roku to clear its memory cache after uninstalling but BEFORE reinstalling the channel.  Without the restart you may not get a clean reinstall.

Depending on your Roku model number you'll find the "System restart" option under either "Settings > System > Power" or under "Settings > System". If you don't have sufficient control to use the menus, or if it is just more convenient, you can also restart by pulling the power plug for a short while, then plugging it back in.

**On a Roku TV with "Fast TV Start" enabled, turning the TV off/on only puts you in/out of a low power standby state, it does NOT give you a complete restart. Use the methods above.

Hello

I am a subscriber to TWC but every time I try to sign in, it let's me sign but then doesn't show content. I live in Florida and in Hurricane season TWC is a must. Please help. Thanks
