roku not recognizing my location

tv sports app called NESN 360 live streams red sox and bruins games. app works fine on my cell phone and fire tv stick ...but roku says I need to log into an area within new england ( the app only live streams to devices within new england ). the only geographic setting is the zip code...and I set that.

still no work on roku, but again does work on fire tv stick ...all on same wifi network.

...ideas?

Your location is generally obtained using your IP address which isn't an exact science.  Try using a few of the geolocation websites to see what your IP address is indicating.
