We are glad you are here to discuss the issue with your Disney Plus channel, which keeps signing in even after you sign out of the app. Don't worry; we are here to assist.
Before proceeding, please check for updates on your Disney Plus channel. To do this, follow these steps: go to the Home screen, highlight the Disney Plus channel, press the Star (*) button on your Roku remote, and select "Check for updates."
After that try to remove the app: How to remove apps from your Roku streaming device and proceed to the next steps below:
Restart your Roku device:
- Press Home on your Roku remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select System
- Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
- Select System restart
Add again the apps from your Roku device:
- Press the Home button of your Roku remote.
- Scroll down to the Search tab
- Type in the channel name that you want to add.
- The result will be available on the right side of the TV screen.
- Select the channel and press the OK button on your Roku remote.
- Select Add app
