I signed out of another persons Disney plus account on my tv and it didn’t have a problem for about a week with logging back into that account, even erased the email. but I went into it and it’s signed in again? Why does it keep signing in when I sign out. How do I keep it signed out?

Before proceeding, please check for updates on your Disney Plus channel. To do this, follow these steps: go to the Home screen, highlight the Disney Plus channel, press the Star (*) button on your Roku remote, and select "Check for updates."

After that try to remove the app: How to remove apps from your Roku streaming device and proceed to the next steps below:

Restart your Roku device: 

1. Press Home on your Roku remote
2. Scroll and select Settings
3. Select System
4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
5. Select System restart

Add again the apps from your Roku device:

1. Press the Home button of your Roku remote.
2. Scroll down to the Search tab
3. Type in the channel name that you want to add.
4. The result will be available on the right side of the TV screen.
5. Select the channel and press the OK button on your Roku remote.
6. Select Add app
