Hello. I had to do a factory reset on my Roku TV yesterday because it wasn’t connecting to my WiFi. The reset fixed the connection issue but now when I’m trying to install my apps it tells me “install failed” with every app I try to install. How can I fix this?
We cannot add channels to our Roku, specifically the History Vault channel. It says failed to add. Error code. What do I need to do to fix this?
I'm having a similar experience but is more, not bring able to reinstall apps. I've done everything suggested on customer support and still nothing. This has been going on for over a week and nothing is working. What is the most extreme resolution to get this fixed.
Please don't mention restart or factory reset. Because I've been working on this for over a week now after trying everything. Purchasing a new tv is not an option if there's nothing else to try.

I’ve been having this issue for several months now. Any channel I attempt to add, I’m given the Channel Install Failed followed by an error message. Roku Support was no help whatsoever. I’m assuming it’s a software issue but none of the updates have solved the problem.
