I am having choppy video with my Roku soundbar Roku on only 1 out of 2 local news apps. And no video problems with any other apps. It starts out smooth, then gets choppy, jerky. I have factory reset the unit. I have dumbed down the settings that I can. I have gigabit internet with the router next room from the set. My other 2 regular Roku work just fine

Can you please provide us with more information about the issue you are experiencing? When did this issue start occurring? Does the issue only occur on a specific channel or all channels on your Roku device?
