channel not in numerical order

Why does Roku keep messing with channel line up?  Do any of you intelligent execs make these decisions to number channels and then put them out of numerical order? This is so ridiculous! I hate my Roku tv and if I could afford it Roku would be out of my life! Every time you correct or last stupid idea you come up with another!  Put the channels in numerical order again!!!! Duh!!!!

We understand your sentiments. Kindly give the following steps a try:

  1. Navigate to the Channel logos in your Live TV guide.
  2. Press the * button to open the Channel Options menu.
  3. Select the "Sort channel list" setting.
  4. Choose between "As recommended by Roku" and "By Channel Number".
  5. Select your preferred option to apply the changes.

By default, this setting is "As recommended by Roku," which removes channel numbers from the Guide display. If you prefer a sequential order for the channel numbers to be displayed, select "By Channel Number."
