Channel search only shows old app from 2021 - which only had the live local station option - which now doesn't work. why can't I find the "new" channel with the full gem line-up?  Yes, I have reset my device (streaming stick).

What's the model number of your stick displayed under Settings->System->About and while you're there what's the Software Version?

Hi, thanks.   Model is 3500X - Roku Stick.  Software version is 11.0.0 - build 4195-09

@pacifica, sorry, but that model hasn't received updates in several years.  The only solution is to purchase a new device.  Check your offers for a deal.
