Hi, @CohenHartley01.

Welcome to the Roku Community!

We'd be happy to provide steps you can take to access your subscription.

To start, where are you accessing the subscription? Is it through the Roku Channel or a standalone app?

In the meantime, kindly try on updating the channel.
Here are the steps on how:

  1. Press the Home button on your remote
  2. Highlight the app
  3. Press the Star button (*) on your remote
  4. Select Check for updates

If the issue persists, you may try updating the software of your streaming device.
Here are the steps:

  1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote
  2. Scroll and select Settings
  3. Select System
  4. Select Software update
  5. Select Check Now to manually check for updates

If the issue still persists, we suggest reaching out to the channel provider and inquiring further, as they are the best ones who could provide further details regarding their channel functionality on the Roku platform. You can reach them through their direct NHL Support

We hope you'll find this information helpful. Let us know if you still have any questions.

Regards,
Reynan
