ad info box stays on screen

how can i remove the "ad 1 of 3" info box that showed up while streaming a program on amazon prime and stays in the upper right hand corner of the screen for everything, including when i switch to cable?

Try restarting the Roku device. 

Settings/System/Power/System Restart or Settings/System/System Restart.
