We understand that you are experiencing difficulty activating your YouTube TV app on your Roku device, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. To activate YouTubeTV on your Roku device, please follow the instructions displayed on the screen within the channel. This will involve visiting YouTubeTV's website, logging into your Google account, and completing the activation process by entering the code generated by the channel.

Follow these steps to activate YouTube TV on your Roku streaming player or TV: 

  • Locate YouTubeTV in 'Streaming channels' on your Roku device.
  • To get started, click on the channel and then select the 'Already a member' option from the on-screen choices.
  • To start using YouTubeTV, go to tv.youtube.com/start on your computer or mobile device. You'll be asked to sign in using your Google account, which should be the same account you used to create your YouTubeTV account. After signing in, enter the code shown on your TV screen to complete the process.

We appreciate you reaching out for support. We're here to find you the best resolution possible.

Let us try to start from the beginning and reset the app. We suggest performing the basic troubleshooting method by removing the app (navigate to your Home screen, move to the right, highlight the app, press Star*, then select Remove channel), performing a system reboot (navigate to your Home, select Settings > System > Power > System restart), and reinstalling the app (navigate to your Home, scroll and select Store, look for the app, then press Add channel) to see if it will let you activate your YouTube account. 
If the issue persists, it is highly recommended to directly contact YouTube's customer support for further assistance and clarification as they are the ones who provided, maintained, and updated their app on the Roku streaming platform.

You need to be a bit more specific than that. Roku model number for a start. Then exactly what is or is not happening.
