Xfinity keeps sign me out

That resets it but doesn't prevent it from happening again.  We need a fix not a bandaid

We understand you're having a problem with the Xfinity channel since it kept you signing out. We're happy to help you. Please try to update the channel by highlighting the channel tile, pressing the star button on your Roku remote, and selecting check for updates.
