Wrong movie showing on Roku channel.

Tried to watch "The Hound of the Baskervilles" from 2002. The movie playing is another version from the '80s.

Re: Wrong movie showing on Roku channel.

Hi @Oscifer11

Thanks for your post.

We're more than happy to look into this but we need additional details. We can see that The Hound of the Baskervilles (2002) is also available to stream on Redbox for free, could you try to stream this movie on the Redbox channel and see if there's any difference? Have you made sure that you have played the correct movie for 2002? Can you also provide the information below:

  • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About).
  • Tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID).

With more details, we will be able to assist you further.

Regards,
Nimfa
