First, Roku doesn't create the channels that are available for 3rd parties. Those have to be created by the providers, so it's up to Newsmax to create a channel for Roku devices.
Second, others have reported that the existing Newsmax channel in the Roku channel store supports the new pay version. If you had the previous version of Newsmax on your Roku, you might need to remove it, reboot the Roku, then add the new version.
I don't use the channel, so I can't test that for accuracy. But it has been reported by several other users on a different thread.
