I have a
Roku 2 (4210X model) but I find I have no access to a PEACOCK TV APP.
what gives?

Ive actually never added channels via the website…always locally, directly on my ROKU.

If it still doesn't show up, then it is not compatible. That is usually the reason a channel may show up on the store, but not a device.
