On the amazon stick I have 4 languages working available (no premium required) French English Spanish and Arabic - Why is it a Premium Service on the Roku for TVs when it is totally free online? Confused.

I also tried the AppleTV and same problem. Seems only the amazon stick supports all languages no upgrade required.

You'd have to ask the developer of France24. Roku doesn't set the prices of the apps/subscriptions; the developer does.
