Channels are generally removed for one of two reasons. One is the channel provider (which is not Roku) has removed it. That is their call, and Roku can't make them keep it if the provider wishes to remove it. The second reason is the channel is providing content they don't have permission for. In that case Roku will remove the channel, and the provider must provide evidence they have acquired the necessary permissions before it can be returned.
