When an issue lies with the provider of a specific channel.

I've seen a couple different pinned posts by RokuDanny-R  that say we should contact the provider of a channel we're having problems with, directly. Well, great, but HOW DO WE KNOW HOW TO CONTACT THEM?
The specific channel I want to communicate with has a number of different offices, in various countries, and it would be nice if Roku could have a list of providers with the most appropriate email addresses needed to contact them. I'm sure Roku, since they have licensing agreements with them, has, and can easily provide them, so we can actually make use of the advice given us.

  • I usually follow the privacy page link from the Roku channel store, then browse around their website until I find the “contact us” page.  I agree that it could be easier though.  I suspect that when originally designed, they expected every channel/app to be someone large and well known like Netflix, but I think they should add a direct contact page link since some of the apps are from fairly obscure companies.
