We understand that you are having a channel playback issue.
We would recommend performing a factory reset on your Roku TV to see if that will resolve the issue you're experiencing.
Perform the following steps with your Roku remote or the Roku mobile app.
- Press Home on your Roku remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select System
- Select Advanced system settings
- Select Factory reset
- Select Factory reset everything
- Follow the on-screen instructions
