Weather channel app was working. Then one day it made me log in again. After putting in my credentials it took me back to sign in screen. Credentials are correct - used them to sign in on computer. Even changed password @ Weather Channel.com. Uninstall app - restart Roku - reinstall app - same thing.
It's cool that this is a App thing and Roku can't fix the app. But WHO do I contact then, specifically please (email/phone #)
From within the app, see if you can log out, then log back with your desired credentials.

I have the exact same issue. Help from TWC told me to clear cache and make sure app and roku were updated. Still doesn't work. They have no timeline to when it will be fixed.
