If you have internet or a spectrum TV plan I believe all you would need to do is download the Spectrum TV app which is on the Roku Streaming Channel Store.
On the Roku player go to the channel store and type in spectrum TV and it should pop up. From their download the app and you should be able to stream spectrum on your Roku.
I don't have Spectrum but once you download the Spectrum app and load it I'm assuming it will ask for your Spectrum account # and password.
