Alice is available to stream on Apple TV and Prime Video, but neither option is free. There doesn't appear to be any free service that offers it at this time.
Apple and Amazon both appear to have all nine seasons. I can't find the pricing for Apple, but Amazon is $19.19 per season. That works out to $0.80 per episode (assuming 24 episodes per season). The price per episode is $1.99.
