The same here. Very frustrating, since I changed my old Roku device for a new one just to be compatible with Viki.

Help.  Cannot access Viki channel.  When select Viki, it goes back to home page.  Its been three days now.

Try this! while the app is loading, click on the left button on your Roku remote control. You can scroll down the menu and select either ‘Watchlist’ or ‘Me’.

Viki was working just fine for months on my Roku Tv..all of the sudden it refuses to load the website.

Still having issues as of 12-29-22.  When you go to search within viki ap it crashes. It also has been stopping and getting stuck in the middle of programs
