ACTULLY VIKI APP IS NOT WORKING ON MY TV
My Viki stopped working 2 days ago. I have a ticket number and the person who responded to my email was Maricel, from Viki. The only thing they said was that they are aware of the problem and that they forwarded it to the engineers. The app was previously working on Roku just fine. It seems they're update broke the app
Hi All,
I can get Viki on all my computers, but since the last Roku update (10.5.0 build 4208), both my Roku devices will blue circle when clicking on the Viki icon, the Viki side bar will pop up, then I get dumped back to the main Raku screen.
Removing and reinstalling Viki did not help on either machine.
Any words of wisdom? Shake fist at it? Cuss?

It has been going on for two days at my end
yeah it’s not working for me either. EVERYTIME i try to open the app on the tv, it tries to load for a few seconds then it crashes directly to the Home Screen.
Mine too. Seems it is still affecting many subscribers to Viki
