Updated my payment info and cannot access my Disney+ account
i have tried numerous times, it keeps telling me my account is on hold to resume update payment details at my.roku.com/payment/account then log back into disney. well i've done that a few ties and still no access.

@kess Can you login to your Disney plus account on a computer? If you can login on a computer it should tell you where you are being billed. If you are not billed by Roku updating your Roku payment details will not work. If you are billed by Roku try restarting your Roku device.
