In order to narrow down the cause of this issue, it would be appreciated if you could provide us with additional information such as follows:
- Is this a Live TV content?
- Which specific app are you streaming this from?
In addition to what our Community Guru provided above, please be advised that the majority of content on the Roku platform comes from streaming channels maintained and updated independently by the channel's provider.
