Using Roku Pro Sound Bar and streaming from the Paramount Plus App I am unable to turn on closed captions. Setting is set to “all the time “ but no words are projected on the screen.

For some service providers, closed captions are activated from within the channel. The closed captioning settings available on your Roku streaming device do not affect the content from these service providers. Closed captions are available only when the service provider (e.g., Netflix, The Roku Channel, or Paramount+) includes them with their content.
