Unable to log in to Max from device
We have one of the basic plug and play Roku devices. I believe 3900R. I got it from a promotion a certain tobacco company was running. Anyway, we finally got decent enough internet to stream so I hooked it up, no issues. Updated to latest software, all other apps working fine. I added Max and went to log in. It only gave me the option of using email and password, no qr code. So I enter info, but before I could finish entering my wife's email, it pops up saying can't enter the same characters multiple times. Wife has a yahoo email and the only thing I can figure is because it is yahoo.com, I haven't a clue. It allows me to enter the password but then says email entered is incorrect. We have it on our tablets as well as another smart TV in house. Any ideas on a solution?

Thank you for posting here in the Roku Community.
We understand you're having difficulty logging into your Max app. What troubleshooting steps have you already taken to try to resolve the issue? Have you tried to remove the channel and see if it helps? You can remove and re-install the affected channel if you haven't tried it yet.
Restart your device before adding the channel to ensure the process is successful.
We recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > System restart.
