Not much detail here, but I'm assuming you clicked where it says “click” and followed the directions but something went wrong? Hopefully you read the details, including that it won’t work today, is for new subscribers only, and is only viewable via The Roku Channel.

I am a new subscriber via the ROKU channel.
And even if I wasn't a new subscriber, an explanation to that effect or the ability to actually reach customer service would have been appreciated.
