I can't access a channel I'm paying for.
Hello,
I used to share a paramount account with someone. We are no longer friendly. I started a new paramount account but cannot access it on roku. It keeps either letting me add the channel or remove the channel but when i log into the channel. it is the other user. PLEASE HELP. I'm currently paying for a channel i'm not using.

When you go into Paramount Plus, have you tried logging out of the current account then logging back in using your desired credentials?
