I live in Boston area and NYC. In Bos, I have Xfinity TV and internet. In NYC, I have Astound internet only. Can I watch the same TV channels like CNN, ESPN, Max. in NYC as when I am in Bos?

If your NYC is Internet only, it's questionable if you can use your Boston credentials for accessing cable content. Sometimes those providers will only permit access when you are on their network. Since each app/channel is likely going to have different rules about it, I say give it a try and see if your Boston credentials work when connected in NYC. Never hurts to try.
