    Thanks for the post.

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more. Does this clear up the issue you are seeing?

    Thanks,
    Danny

Kn2, did you reboot/restart your Roku in between removing the channel and reinstalling it?  If not, you didn't accomplish anything.

Removing Tennis Channel app from Roku - updating & restarting Roku - then reinstalling Tennis Channel - I still get "API Failure the connection timed out". Any other advice?

I am having the same issues, removed channel, restarted the router, reinstalled the channel on my Roku TV and nothing. Extremely frustrating...

      Hey Mirkec1955

      We're here to help!

Could you tell us the error message you're receiving? Does the issue only occur in the Tennis channel or across other channels installed on your Roku device?

If you haven't tried yet, you can remove the affected channel and then re-install it. To ensure the process is successful, make sure to restart your device before adding the channel back in. We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.) > System restart.

For detailed instructions, refer to this Support link: How do I resolve channel playback issues?

      Keep us posted.

      All the best,
      Kariza

Kariza I’ve tried all of that on 3 different Roku TVs and it doesn’t work.  Tried everything.  It must be an issue with Tennis Channel.
