This attempt at support was hilarious. It would basically be the same if he asked "I went to this pizzeria, and when I got there, nobody was inside. So I left. Anyone understand why that is? The sign said they were open." And in response he gets, "So sorry to hear you couldn't find the pizzeria - maybe your car is the problem. Please tell me the model of your car and the license plate number so I can look into this further." 🙂
